1.Fullcare Testing and Servicing We
have the facility of our test and service engineer who is Fullwood
“Full Care” trained and certified to carry out an annual test and
service on the milking parlour once a year when he shall issue a
certificate to confirm the milking parlour has passed the ISO standards
and then every six months carry out a interim test and full service
on the milking parlour. As part of our test and service we feel
it is important to replace any serviceable items which are over
50% worn to help reduce the number of breakdowns between each service.

2. Twenty Four Hour Emergency Breakdown Service We offer a full 24 hour breakdown service available 365 days a year. All five of our vans are fully equipped to deal with any breakdown situation. Also all of our engineers regularly attend Fullwood training courses to keep up to date with the latest technology. We have a very large stock of all spare parts and equipment to ensure that on the occasion of a breakdown there should only be the necessity for one visit to the farm with the correct parts to repair the faulty item.
